They are generously giving away this free electric hospital bed that has been gently used. Actually, it says it’s in EXCELLENT condition and it electronically raises and lowers the head and the foot of the bed. This would be perfect for anyone who has just come out of the hospital or has problems with blood flow. It even looks like their going to throw in the mattress too!
And if you’re wondering about this size of the bed, most hospital beds are usually the size of a twin. So if you were wanting to use your own mattress, you would just need to put a twin size one on top and that “should” be fine.
When my mother was sick, I was in charge of getting her a hospital bed for her home. I had a tough time trying to find one that would suit her needs and her budget. I didn’t realize that they were so expensive. They can run from about $1000 to as much as $10 000! I couldn’t believe it. I actually don’t remember which brand we went with in the end but I do remember it cost almost $2000.
It’s funny how you find free stuff you don’t need after the fact. But I’m sure there is someone in need of a free electronic hospital bed that’s been gently used. These don’t come around very often.
