This is an interesting find. You can get this 16 ft boat with a fiberglass hull for FREE! It says that it still floats and is surprisingly decent, but unfortunately all the hardware has been stripped out. It doesn’t say what kind of boat it is and it doesn’t say if it is pick up only or they can deliver it to you.
This is actually the first boat I’ve ever seen being given away for free so I thought it would be interesting for someone who is looking for one but can’t afford it.
I think this would be great for a teenager to tinker around with. I remember my nephew always wanting a boat when he was 16 years old. Most kids his age wanted a car but he wanted a boat. He never actually ended up getting one and eventually lost interest in the idea. But I think if he had one it would have been a really good thing. I think a boat gives a sense of freedom and help you to connect with nature. And it can be really peaceful, just want a teenager should have.
If you think you can get some use out of this free used 16 ft fiberglass hull boat, then you should definitely get it.
