They’re giving away this free Chi Flat Iron Hair Straightener, but the problem is that it’s broken. If you’ve ever used a hair straightener, you probably already know that the Chi brand is one of the best. So, I was pretty excited to hear about this one.
Normally with these flat irons and constant use they tend to become defective over time, much like any electronics that are used often. When they do go, often times there is a short in the cord itself and can usually be easily fixed. If you can’t fix it yourself then you can always try out a few solutions including getting someone you know who’s good with fixing stuff, resell it as broken for about a quarter of the full cost, or you can try calling the manufacturer and see if you can send it in for a repair.
