Here’s another exercise related find. They’re giving away this free used Total Gym Exercise Machine. They don’t say if it’s broken or not so I’m assuming that it works fine. They say it’s in great shape with no tears or scratches and it even comes with all the attachments!
I don’t know if you ever seen the commercials on TV with Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley selling this exercise equipment and I always wondered how good it is. I was tempted… once, lol. Now I see someone is giving theirs away for free, I don’t know if that’s a good thing or just a bad sign. But still, for anyone wanting to try this but didn’t want to spend the $300 or $400 or buying it first might want to check this out.
For those of you who are not familiar with Total Gym, it’s an exercise machine that uses your own body weight with a pulley system as your resistance. It’s an interesting idea. Seems easier than trying to mess around with weights all the time.
I doubt that this free used Total Gym Exercise machine will be around for long as it’s got quite a few views already, you’ll need to be fast and probably ready to pick it up yourself.
